Reporting a Spoke Bug

If you’re having an issue with Spoke, first try these basic fixes:

Refresh the Page

This is pretty self-explanatory! Use your browser’s refresh button or F5 on your keyboard.

Log Out and Back In

Another easy step to try on your phone or your computer.

  1. Click the icon at the top right with your first initial.
  2. Click “Log out” in the menu.
  3. Log back into the Spoke website.

Try Another Device or Browser

It's possible that something about your device or browser is causing the issue. You can try using a different one to see if it works better.

Still Not Working

If those don’t work, contact us on Slack or by email (volunteer@movementlabs.com). Please include details of the bug or issue you’ve encountered; what you were attempting to do, what happened, any error codes, and what device and web browser you're using (for example: Windows 10 and Firefox, or iOS 11 and Safari). And if you can send screenshots as well it would be very helpful!
