Replies not in English

As a general rule, check the campaign toolkit and see what they say about responses in Spanish or other languages. Use the appropriate tags as directed, and don’t opt them out unless the instructions say to.

Spanish Replies

For Spanish replies, we have a "Spanish" tag. If a Spanish canned response is available send it and that will automatically add the Spanish once sent. Once the Spanish tag is added a Spanish speaking texter will be assigned to that conversation to complete it.

Replies in Other Languages

When a contact responds in any language other than English or Spanish tag the conversation with the "Other Language" tag. There may be a canned response that has this tag connected, so be sure to fully read the campaign's toolkit.
