Joining a Campaign and Requesting Texts

When a texting campaign is live in Spoke, we’ll announce it on Slack and it should show up on our website. They'll all include a link to the campaign toolkit and a link to the correct campaign in Spoke.

To join the campaign, request a batch of texts. You can request 20 replies at a time; once you finish handling them, you can request more.

Note: When you go to Spoke to start texting for a new campaign, you may see other campaigns that you have worked on recently. Spoke will not show the current campaign until you have joined it, so don't worry! You'll only get texts for the campaign you requested them in.

How to Request Texts

1. Read the campaign toolkit.
2. Use the provided Spoke link inside the toolkit to go to Spoke and log in.
3. Once joined you can click the 'take a batch of 20 conversations' this will assign you texts from the current campaign.
