Handling Auto/Blank/Multimedia Attachment Replies
Details
Confusing Replies
Sometimes someone will respond in a confusing way. If the campaign includes a "off topic" canned response, you can use that or you can also simply say you don't understand ("Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean.") and then rephrase the question from the initial text.
Auto-Replies
Sometimes people have auto-replies set up, such as when they're driving. In that sort of case, you can click "Skip" - if they want to respond, they will once they're no longer driving and the message will pop into your respond folder.
Blank Replies
Sometimes you'll receive messages that are blank, in this case, you can click "Skip" - if they respond again later the message will pop into your respond folder.
Multimedia Attachments
Spoke isn't able to show images to texters so if a textee sends us multimedia attachments the message will come in blank - in this case, you can click "Skip" - if they respond again later the message will pop into your respond folder.
