Changing Your Spoke Account Info

Sometimes you might need to change or update your Spoke email, name, or password.

How to Change Your Name or Email in Spoke

1. Go to your Spoke homepage.
2. Click your first initial in the top right corner to open the menu.
3. Select the first option in the menu (your email and your name).
4. Edit the info you want changed.
5. Click "Save."

How to Change Your Password in Spoke

If you can't remember your password, click the 'Don't remember your password?' option and this will prompt you to enter your email to send you a password reset link.

Be sure to check your spam folder, if you do not receive a reset email within about 10mins go to slack and let us know. We will let you know if you need to either 1) create a new account or 2) we will prompt a push for your reset email to be sent.
